MANSON: THE MUSICAL!
October 25 – December 5 at The Kraine Theater
Just in time for the 40th anniversary of the Tate-LaBianca murders, EndTimes Productions present the long-awaited New York Premiere of MANSON: THE MUSICAL! A long-running 1990’s cult hit in Chicago, this dark musical comedy about Charles Manson features music, book and lyrics developed through improv by the members of Annoyance Theater (including The Office’s Kate Flannery). This revolutionary “Family” musical features guest appearances by The Beatles, Sharon Tate, The Beach Boys and more. Directed by Russell Dobular, previews begin October 25th with opening night set for November 8th.
“I went in prepared to hate it, ready to use every adjective in the book to slam their insensitivity, their cruelty — and walked out amazed at what they’d done with a story that, on its own merits, was already so far over the top it couldn’t be improved by satire. Playing it straight was satire.” — Chicago Sun-Times

Naked Holidays NYC ‘08: Hide the Milk and Cookies- Featured in TimeOut New York
EndTimes Productions presents the second annual Naked Holidays NYC this December, a gleeful pageant filled with indulgent tidings.
This year’s medley showcases new works that explore the terrorist threat in the elfin community, crimes of passion in the North Pole, the true pain an overdose of New Year’s Eve can bring, what life would be like if Hanukah got the attention that Christmas did (predicated on the wish of a desperate man), a despondent shell of a Santa dependent on lithium- yes, all in one evening of theater. Bells are encouraged.
Featuring the musical flair of the Naked Holidays Orchestra, there will be eggnog served (provided the cast hasn’t gotten to it first).
“There are 8 million stories in the naked Holidays and ‘Naked Holidays’ tells them.”
- LA WEEKLY (recommended!)
“an evening of sex and silliness … a saucy way to make merry this holiday season … you’ll be glad you’re along for the ride.” - BACKSTAGE WEST

EndTimes Productions is proud to present, “Easy Outs, or the Adventures of Alphonse on the Lam”, an unpublished, lost work by stand-up comic, and television writer, Chip Keyes, not seen in New York since 1977. Set in 1969, at the height of the Viet Nam war,
“Easy Outs” tells the story of Alphonse, a young man who dodges the draft, and goes off looking for an alternative to America. When Alphonse rows off to “a small, neutral, peace-loving country, to become a simple craftsman”, he is promptly drafted into their small, neutral, peace-loving army. Upon his escape, he becomes the unwitting figurehead for a homegrown revolution, whose results are more horrific than he could have imagined.
